About Jen

Many women in midlife feel a sense of being stuck; I understand this because I have experienced it too.

My journey into coaching wasn't a sudden leap, but a gradual unfolding rooted in a deep desire to help others, a calling I first answered decades ago supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. For years, I poured my heart into this work. However, as I navigated my late 30s and early 40s – a time when I, like many women, began to re-evaluate my purpose – I experienced burnout. The perfect storm of the Covid-19 pandemic amplified this discomfort. Working tirelessly amidst constant understaffing, I felt the weight of responsibility, a stark contrast to my early morning mindfulness practices. I was striving for calm, yet often left work feeling worse, acutely aware of the gap between who I wanted to be and how I was showing up. This growing discomfort became the catalyst for leaving a career that had defined me for over 20 years. Unlike previous burnout episodes, this time brought a surprising peace. I didn't have all the answers, but I trusted I would figure it out – a stark contrast to the indecisive person I had been, especially after losing my father. The fear of making the 'wrong' decision or saying anything that could make someone else feel sad was a heavy backpack I'd carried since navigating the 'emotional bumps and bruises' of my family life and had often paralyzed me. But even amidst the chaos, a spark of hope remained. That's when I found mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness meditation for me was like my aha moment. I began to understand that inner peace wasn't external but internal. And the practice of gratitude shifted my perspective. Now, as a mindfulness-based coach and meditation teacher, I empower women in midlife who might feel that same sense of being stuck, stressed, or uncertain. Because I've walked this path of feeling overwhelmed and indecisive, I have a deep empathy and practical understanding of how to help you break free and trust your own inner wisdom. It's about progress, not perfection, and learning to set boundaries with that unhelpful inner critic we all have.   1. Your Free Clarity Call: We begin with a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call. This is a relaxed chat to connect, explore your goals, and see if our partnership feels right.

  2. Personalized Path: Once we decide to work together, a detailed intake form helps us fine-tune your program to your unique needs and aspirations.

  3. Dedicated Coaching Sessions: We'll meet bi-weekly for 60-minute virtual calls. Each session is a deep dive where we'll use guided meditations, journaling, self-compassion practices, intuition-honing exercises, and decision-making frameworks. You'll also receive supportive resources.

  4. Flexible Support: My core offering is a 3-month package of 6 sessions or 6-month package, or one-off sessions available if needed. For continuous connection, you can upgrade for email check-ins or quick phone support between calls.
