About Jen

Many women in midlife experience a sense of being stuck. I understand, because I've been there too.

My own journey through this powerful stage of life ignited a passion within me to guide other women.  Like many women, I experienced a period of feeling stuck and unfulfilled, even though I had a successful career and a loving family. I understand the challenges of navigating career shifts, changing family dynamics, and the longing for deeper meaning and purpose. For years, I struggled with self-doubt and the fear of making the 'wrong' decisions, allowing self-doubt and fear to dim my own light. It wasn't until I embraced mindfulness meditation and self-compassion that I discovered the key to unlocking my authentic self and creating a life that truly resonated.

My path wasn't always easy. I navigated emotional hardships early in life, learned valuable lessons about resilience, and faced the challenges of marriage, motherhood, and grief. These experiences, while difficult, have become the foundation of my empathy and understanding for the women I now serve. I know what it's like to feel lost, to question your worth, and to yearn for clarity and confidence.

Now, as a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and professional life coach, I empower women in midlife to move from feeling stuck to feeling truly alive. I create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where we can explore your unique challenges, uncover your hidden strengths, and cultivate the courage to pursue your dreams.
