I understand, because I've been there too

Let's be real, what family is perfect? Not a single one! My family is no different, I grew up saying, '“we put the 'dys' in dysfunctional”. But seriously though, growing up, things weren't exactly sunshine and rainbows. I had my share of emotional bumps and bruises, and honestly, a lot of the time, I felt like I was just trying to keep my head above water, you know? Like, all this chaos is being thrown at me as a child.

And then, life just kept throwing stuff at me as an adult. Marriage, motherhood, and, of course, the grief of losing my dad. It was like I was carrying around this big, heavy backpack of unresolved stuff, and it was making everything feel harder and heavier. I was constantly worried about saying the wrong thing, about hurting someone's feelings, and that anxiety? It totally clouded my judgment and kept me from really growing.

But here's the thing: even when things were really tough, I always had this little spark of hope. I knew there had to be more to life than just feeling overwhelmed all the time. That's when I stumbled upon mindfulness meditation. It was like someone turned on a light. Suddenly, I realized that happiness wasn't something I had to chase outside of myself. It was something I could cultivate within. And honestly, gratitude? That changed everything. It helped me see the good stuff, even when it was buried under a pile of… well, you know, life. Because life continues to throw these curveballs, that’s when I go back to my mindfulness practices, my coaching strategies and remind myself that it is okay to not have it all figured out. It’s about progress, not perfection and when you have perfectionistic tendencies, you need to remind yourself of this and say so with lot’s of love and compassion.

Now, I empower women who feel stuck, stressed, or uncertain about their career and life path. I understand the unique challenges of midlife, the shifts in purpose, and the longing for a more authentic and fulfilling life. Through personalized strategies and mindful practices, I help them gain clarity, confidence, and take aligned action towards creating a life that resonates with their heart and purpose.

My own journey has taught me that change is possible, even amidst adversity. I believe in the power of self-compassion, the strength of vulnerability, and the potential for every woman to embrace her true potential.
